Tier 2
Professional Plan Review
$395 + GST · delivered in 48–72 hours

Homeowners renovating, extending or restructuring with an existing plan - we provide notes regarding issues and opportunities

A 1-hour consultation, face-to-face or online, to go through the plans and our comments

Tier 3
Design Workshop
From $2,200 + GST · scoped by project size and type

Buyers who want their volume builder's plan reconfigured into a design that actually suits them

Homeowners renovating, extending orrestructuring who want clear design direction and a stronger plan to move forward with
We do the groundwork, bring a draft response to the table, and leave you with a revised, annotated plan to take to your builder or design team. Our goal isn’t to “win your project”. It’s to help you get the best outcome for it.
What’s included

Pre-workshop questionnaire and desktop research

2-hour workshop at our Hawthorn studio, on site or on Zoom

Draft plan prepared in advance, with live sketching on the day

Revised floor plan and a written summary of next steps

14 days of email support, plus referrals to other consultants

A signed Service Agreement is required before work begins

Each fee includes a minimum of 6–8 hours of the architect’s professional time.

Ongoing Advisory
$260 + GST per hour · billed in 30-minute increments
