Located in Templestowe Lower, Aerie is a dual occupancy development inspired by the rolling terrain of its setting. The design focuses on creating a sense of lightness and elevation, capturing the unique topography of the area within the architecture itself.

Curved forms and subtle level changes on the ground floor echo the landscape, bringing the character of the site into the interior experience. A cantilevered first floor enhances the impression of weightlessness, while carefully planned living spaces balance seclusion and openness, offering privacy from the street yet connecting seamlessly to the backyard.

Abundant natural light and views of greenery anchor the design, ensuring that the interiors feel bright, inviting, and intimately tied to nature.
